When am I charged?
On the day you start Pro, then monthly on the same date. The next renewal date is always visible in Settings.
How do I cancel?
One tap in Settings. You keep Pro until the date you have already paid for, then move to Free. No email, no retention maze.
My test is in three weeks. Is Pro still monthly?
Yes. Pro bills month by month, for exactly as long as you are preparing. Cancel when you have sat your test; unused months are refunded on request.
Who writes the questions?
Every question is written in house for Passboard, logged with its author and an originality declaration, and legally cleared before it can enter a mock. Nothing is copied from EPSO or any prep provider.
